A three bedroom riad with beautiful private pool and large enclosed garden – the perfect family holiday villa. The open plan living room and two of the bedrooms take full advantage of the beach and sea views but to really appreciate them the private roof terrace is the place to be. You enter the villa into the main living space. On one side is the kitchen which has a dish-washer, gas oven/hob, breakfast bar and archway into the main living area. There are sofas, a fireplace, TV and dining table (for 8) by the doors to the terrace. The modestly-sized master bedroom is in its own wing of the villa and has duel aspect views with glass doors opening on to the pool terrace and a large window looking towards the beach. There is a four-poster super-king bed and the tadelakt (polished plaster) bathroom has a carved bath, walk-in shower and twin basins. The other two bedrooms are accessed from the other side of the living space and are identical except one opens directly on to the pool terrace and has beach views, whereas the other looks out over the garden. There are twin beds or a super-king double and the option for an extra bed in each room (so making the maximum capacity 8 for the villa). The tadelakt bathrooms both have walk-in showers, and twin basins. Outside there is a large terrace wrapping around two sides of the rimflow pool (10mx3m). On the terrace are sun-loungers, a zelige (tiled) outside dining table and plenty of sun shades. Steps to the side of the villa take you up to the roof terrace with banquettes and the views – the perfect place to watch the sun set.
